Pat has been involved in the NOW Group for a number of years. During his time with us, Pat has completed a number of courses which gave him the confidence to transfer to our employment team.
Pat gained a work placement in a busy cafe in Belfast’s city centre. After a number of months of training in the Cafe, he was delighted to be offered paid employment. His duties include serving customers, using the till, working as part of the team and he is currently being trained as a Barista.
This has been an amazing journey and a fantastic achievement for Pat after receiving his first paid job. Pat is extremely happy and has told his employment officer “I am buzzing!” Congratulations to Pat and his fantastic achievement of securing his first paid job.
