Volunteering is a great way to build skills

Our participant James Cully volunteers one day a week in the NI Hospice charity shop in Bangor. His placement was set up by his key worker Madeline. James has great customer care skills and he is building on these and growing in confidence through taking part in his retail skills training with Emily at the NOW Group every week too.
