NOW Group Participants Complete Induction Training at the MAC

NOW Group Participants Outside the MAC in Belfast

Participants from the NOW Group have finished their 4 week induction training at the MAC theatre in Belfast.

The 4 week induction training included learning about the mission and values of the MAC, customer service training, and fire safety training. They also learned about the different types of services that the MAC provides to the community within education, visual art and theatre.

Paula, the People Strategy & Development Manager from the MAC, delivered the 4 week training and also has supported our participants in completing their training plan. Our participants have benefited greatly from this training. It has given them a great sense of achievement and independence while improving their confidence.

We want to wish our participants the best of luck on their journey with the MAC.
