I don't know how it happens in other places but.. My city is small so social business can count on grants or help from the fund to renovate the premises. We changed the roof of our elementary school last year in this way. This year we plan to place a large order through markham window replacement for our public library - https://thwindowsdoors.com/markham-windows-and-doors/ I used this contractor myself when I was renovating my house, so I have no doubts about the quality of the work.
This building looks very nice. My mother loves this design with an old european twist and euro shutters for decoration. But if you look at it in a more modern way, the general appearance of the building can be improved by installing new windows.
