Nathan joined the Now Group in January of 2019. He had just completed his degree in Business Administration and wanted support with interview preparation searching for employment.
Nathan worked closely with his employment officer in the Mid Ulster area. Together they worked on building skills in searching for employment, developed a CV, learned how to prepare for interviews and completed mock interviews.
Nathan was supported into a temporary role with a local bakery as a marketing assistant, which gave him great experience to add to his CV. In April 2023, he secured full-time employment with the RSK Group as a business development assistant, he has been working here for 6 months and thoroughly enjoys his role.
Alongside developing his employment skills with NOW Group, Nathan joined our social group Fandom. Here he was able to share his love for gaming with others and make friends who had similar interests. Congratulations Nathan in your achievements to date!
