NOW Group were delighted to host the ‘Inclusive Intelligence’ Leadership Event earlier this week, bringing together local employers, Fermanagh and Omagh District Council members, and NOW Group staff for an inspiring morning focused on inclusive leadership and the power of neurodiverse talent in the workplace.
Held at the stunning Lough Erne Resort, the event celebrated the progress made over the past year in creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with learning difficulties and neurodiverse conditions. One of the standout highlights was the celebration of 55 jobs created in partnership between local employers and NOW Group participants – a significant milestone that demonstrates the impact of inclusive recruitment.
Attendees heard from a panel of expert local business leaders from Terex, Mannok and Woodvale Construction, who shared powerful stories of working alongside NOW Group. Each spoke to the genuine value that neurodivergent individuals bring to their teams, from increased innovation and creativity to improved staff morale and workplace culture.
Sean Hanna, Chief Services Officer at NOW Group, reflected on the importance of partnership in achieving these outcomes:
“We simply couldn’t provide jobs in the Fermanagh and Omagh council area without the support of our fantastic local employers and Council support. Their willingness to embrace inclusion and adapt their workplaces is what makes all of this possible. Creating inclusive environments isn’t just the right thing to do — it makes business sense, and it changes lives.”

The event underscored that inclusive leadership isn’t just a trend — it’s a strategic, sustainable way to build stronger, more diverse organisations. With support from Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, local employers, and the ongoing commitment of NOW Group, the future of inclusive employment in the region is bright.
We’re excited to continue building on this momentum and look forward to strengthening these partnerships in the months and years ahead. NOW Group are actively seeking job partners. If you’re a business interested in learning more about working with NOW Group and accessing a pipeline of dedicated, work-ready neurodivergent talent, we’d love to talk.
