About us

NOW Group provides a range of services that support people with learning difficulties and autism to realise their full potential and change their lives for the better. Our services focus on supporting people into employment, training, transition and volunteering. We also offer a family service to support new and expectant parents with a learning difficulty or autism.

Our social enterprise businesses and Loaf Catering and Pottery are part of the NOW Group. We run four cafes - Loaf on Grosvenor Road in Belfast which is also headquarters for our corporate catering business, the Bobbin in Belfast City Hall and Loaf at the Ulster American Folk Park in Omagh. Our handcrafted artisan pottery takes shape at the wheel and in the kiln situated in our coffee shop and pizzeria in the scenic County Down village of Crawfordsburn.

All profits from Loaf are reinvested back into the work of the NOW Group. When you buy from Loaf Catering or Pottery, you’re buying great food or a beautiful, individual piece of ceramic art that gives back to society. NOW Group is also the organisation behind the innovative JAM Card that allows people with a communication barrier to ask for ‘just a minute’ of patience. Your purchase helps keep that card free to those who need it.
